Initially based out of Pune, the Company is moving the Finance and Accounts team to Mumbai. The Company is expanding rapidly and is on track to become a INR 500 Cr. company in the next 5 years.  Job Description:   Responsibilities:   - Ensure statutory compliance in the areas of taxation, companies act and other economic laws   - Support the development of timely, accurate and cost effective statutory and management reporting in accordance with local requirements  - Provide financial stewardship of company assets and activities by ensuring an accurate assessment of financial condition and by leading implementation of an efficient system of internal controls, financial processes and procedures that are responsive to the needs of customers, suppliers and internal partners  - Ensure compliance with relevant statutory bodies and laws  - Prepare an audit plan for the year and ensure that the audits (Statutory, Tax, Group, and Internal) go smoothly   - Ensure proper planning for Tax, filing of returns and handling of assessments   - To liaise with the IT Head to ensure all systems & process to support all organizational needs are running perfectly   The Successful Candidate:   - As a successful applicant, you are required to fulfil the following criteria; CA with 8-10 years of post-qualification work-experience   - Must Have hands on ERP system knowledge; preferably Sage Accpac ERP   - Retail background; preferred if Food Retail / Hospitality background  - Must have worked in the position of Finance Manager / Finance Controller earlier   What's on Offer:  - Avail an attractive remuneration package with ESOPs  - Opportunity to be part of a Senior Management team for a Start up and grow with the Company
