Financial Controller - CA - BFSI

Details about the position :

Position : Financial Controller

Location : Mumbai

Requisites :

- CA with 7+ years of working experience (post qualification); experience in management accounting and financial reporting in multinational corporations preferred

- Well versed with Capital market & Broking Operations and related compliances

- Hands on knowledge on SAP is a plus

- Working knowledge on local tax areas

Responsibilities :

- Review and analysis of month end submissions of Profit & loss statement and financials to Head office

- Coordination with head office for month end closing related activities

- Ownership of key controls supporting the General Ledger

- Preparation of financials and coordination for annual statutory audit and certifications

- Compile MIS reports for management reporting

- Manage and coordinate Treasury activities including hedging tasks

- Oversee day to day Finance operation

- Liaise with internal and external auditors and coordinate the annual audit process

- Regulatory reporting

- Submission of data to Regional Finance Team
