Salary: 18 - 20 LPA  Job Description:  Location : Manesar  Job Title: Head-Finance & Accounts   Department: Finance  Reports To: Managing Director (India) and Director Asia Pac  Subordinate: 4  Job Summary:   Contributes to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing all financial tasks. To take lead of accounting and costing team to ensure all accounting activities of the company to be compliant with both local and US GAAP as well as local tax regulation.  Responsibilities of the Position:  1. Overseeing all finance related matters for the Company including accounting, banking, tax, customs and company secretarial matters,  2. To perform monthly financial analysis, various management reports to support different department/ business managers and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), month-end closing and ad hoc projects assigned by management from time to time,   3. Fostering close liaison with external parties including bankers, tax authorities, lawyers, auditors and other regulatory bodies,  4. Ensuring that company is operated in compliance with the company's policies/procedures, local legislations, strictly adhering to any statutory requirements, and any other relevant rules/regulations including Withholding Payments, Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax.   5. Must be well conversant with the statutory requirements related to company law board.  6. Formulating and implementing effective and efficient internal control strategies, systems and plans for the Company, maintaining a good control environment  7. Reviewing monthly results and implementing monthly variance reporting as compared to budget & forecast.  8. Identifying and determining risk areas and cost control issues, compiling documentation and formulating appropriate policies and procedures,  9. Knowledge of companies act 2013 requirement of a private limited company  10. Using the - Zero-Based- approach for budgeting, prepare the annual budget business plan and rolling forecast in consultation with the Group finance Controller.  11. Conducting of Board Meetings/ AGM/ EOGM  12. Will be responsible for Conducting the ROC & RBI Annual & other Filings and other Compliances  13. Ensures performance appraisals are conducted in a timely manner for all employees within the department.  14. Promotes effective communication within the department through regular cell meetings and timely feedback  15. Observes standards for safe working conditions as outlined in the company's occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures by the way of communications, inspections, meetings, safety investigations, training and conducting performance appraisals of workers safety performance.  Qualifications:  - Bachelor Degree holder in accounting or finance;   - Qualified Chartered Accountant is Mandatory requirement  - 8-15 years of post-qualification experience out of which atleast 3 years of experience as Head - Finance & Account in multinational automotive manufacturing companies.  - Familiar with US and Indian GAAP  - Knowledge of ERP Systems and Information Systems, with implementation Experience.(Specifically Navision Microsoft)  - Proficient in ERP/Tally & advance excel  - Must possess good written and verbal communication skills in English.   - Good team player, self-starter highly motivated individual, hand-on, mature and tactful in dealing with people from all sorts of function and regions;
