Financial Analyst - Valuation - Global Alternative Investment Captive

Position: Financial Analyst - Valuations (2-5 yrs) (Captive of Leading Global Alternative Investment Firm)

Role:

- Quarterly valuation of Real Estate and other investments, nominal cash flow projections etc.

- Update models with forecasted cash flows

- Prepare Presentation Materials

- Perform checks to ensure integrity of real estate data provided by a number of 3rd party service providers

- Streamline processes

- Create consistent templates

Requirements:

- MBA/ CA with 2-5 yrs of experience in financial modelling, DCF, preferably in real estate

- Strong MS Office skills

- Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Willing to work on APac shift timings

Location: Gurgaon
