FinanceBaazar is an offline and online platform for urban poor and low-income customers to plan, save, grow and build their financial assets through financial tools like insurance, banking, savings, investments, loans and other products.  The difference between FinanceBaazar and other financial companies is that our company cares for the low-income and urban poor segment by protecting them from frauds, chit funds, ponzi schemes so that they can save their hard money and use it to purchase homes, assets, insurance, health cover and other assets for their families. More information can be found on our website www.financebaazar.com  COO Responsibilities:  - Involved in Strategy and analysis  - Manage operations team in the field  - Manage FinanceBaazar distribution network of outlets  - Ensure marketing camps and customer enrollment  - Meet business targets   - Use softwares and technology wherever required  - Report to CEO  Eligibility:  - Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience  - Exceptional candidates only  - We don’t offer pure office jobs.
