Responsibilities:  - Managing end to end accounting for the NBFC  - Managing Tax and Payroll related matters  - Budgeting and monitoring expenses and comparing actuals v budgets  - Handling Secretarial matters and compliances  - Various RBI Compliances ( Monthly Return, ALM, Interest rate sensitivity reports, asset-income certification, etc)  - Working with internal and statutory auditors and ensuring timely completion of statutory compliances (statutory audit, transfer pricing, tax audit, Return of Income)  - Working closely with accounting firm to ensure accurate preparation of accounts  Requirements:  - Person with 3-4 yrs accounting experience (NBFC experience preferred. If not at least financial services background)  - Person should be well versed with India Accounting, Tax (TDS, Service Tax, Income Tax), Companies Act (Schedule VI) rules  - CA + CS preferred.
