Our client is a leading global confectionery & snacks company marketing biscuits, confectionery, beverages, cheese, grocery products and meals in approximately 170 countries.   Job Profile:  - To lead the financial analysis of current and future expansions plans  - Develop the Capital proposals in line with global & local policies and working with cross functional teams to develop proposals.  - Provide analytic support to drive top line growth, improve margins, improve cash flow and Forex risk management in the expansion projects.  - Project Spend Governance: The role provides stewardship of Actuals and Assets entailing close working with CS&L to deliver strategic Capex sourcing benefits; evaluating optimization opportunities and monitoring approved budgets, forecasting and project cash flows.  - Governance on Project Capitalization and Statutory Requirement: Ensuring strong process and governance is laid out to adhere timely capitalization certificates and closure of projects; compliance with tax & incentives requirements; Statutory and Tax returns filing; Incentives return filing and document control   - Champion change and simplification of finance and cross-functional processes to better focus on running the business   - To lead the Future Readiness for expansion by partnering closely with supply chain team to prepare strategic 5 year Manufacturing road map  - Overall capital governance: working with the projects and global teams on capital bench marking and post implementation review.  - Unleash the power of team to achieve their full potential and high levels of performance by being an inspiring leader who creates a great place to work.  Candidate Profile:  - MBA (Finance) from premiere B-school (2001 to 2004) or CA (2001 to 2004) first attempt.  - Proven financial leadership on strategic capital planning  - Agility to work collaboratively in a matrix organization  - High level of comfort in handling cross functional teams  - Strong knowledge of finance, taxation and accounting  - SAP experience is preferred  - Influencing skills
