Reporting to : CFO

Team handled : 1 to 2 people

Purpose :

- The incumbent will be responsible for all the business commercial aspects of existing RBL business.

- He will report directly to the RBL-CFO of the existing business/ new JV and handle a team of 1-2 persons.

Key Tasks :

- Managing Commercial function OTB (Buys) & Inventory planning

- Monitoring of operating and financial performance of Gross Margin and SCM cost on a monthly basis. Ensuring operational adherence to Cost and Budgetary Controls.

- Development of periodic financials forecasts, strategic planning, & budgeting.

- Monitoring & presenting financial performance of RBL Brands other than JVCO on a monthly basis.

- Releasing of PO's of OTB and controls

- Central cost Control

The Desired Profile :

- The person should be well groomed and must have excellent communication skills.

- He should have knowledge of all the Accounting and Financial aspects.

- He must have working knowledge of SAP accounting software's.

Requirements :

Skills : Excellent Business Acumen & communication Skills.

Knowledge of : MIS, Treasury, Taxation & Accounting.

Ability : The person needs to have leadership skills, Positive attitude.

Education : CA

Work Experience : 5-7 years of relevant work experience.

Internal : CFO, BH & CEO

External : Consultants, Vendors, Banks.
