Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to policies and processes which cut across teams including Finance/HR/Operations
- Ensure timely monthly reporting of accounts for all the entities as per local GAAP and Australian GAAP
- Support the revenue recognition function; Should have working knowledge of revenue recognition in a ITES company
- Review of monthly accounts, variance analysis, suggest changes if required
- FP&A role: Creating/reviewing metrics, budgets and ad-hoc reports
- Create and Update the compliance calendar
- Review the internal audit process and the internal audit reports
- Provide necessary information/schedules for consolidation of accounts as per Australian GAAP to the statutory/external auditor
- Ensure timely monthly unit level closures and consolidated financial reporting for the group
- Preparation of consolidating financial statements on a monthly basis with Australian GAAP adjustments
- Continue to streamline operations and enhance reporting package
- Assist in the management of corporate liability insurance
Essential Skills And Qualities:
Technical:
- Knowledge of Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
- MIS - Reports publishing to leadership team
- Proficiency in MS Office applications - MS Excel/ Word / PPT
- Creates and maintains good working and professional environment

Qualifications: Around 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance preferably in leading MNC/ Corporate.
