Responsibilities:  - Ensure complete compliance on financial, tax, legal and secretarial issues for Company, the fund vehicles and portfolio companies.  - Execute a high quality process for timely reporting to all investors as per fund documentation and best industry norms   - Ensure timely audit of Company and fund vehicles.  - Manage accounts of Company and ensure proper accounting of fund vehicles.  - Ensure reporting of portfolio companies for IFC SEMS   New Deals:   - Research, Business and financial modeling to be the basis of investment proposals.   - Lead financial and legal due diligence   - Lead finalization of legal documentation   Required Knowledge & Experience:  - Good business acumen. Ability to understand and execute specific business deliverables.  - Knowledge of private equity and venture capital models, capital and operating structures.   - Robust knowledge and understanding of accounting and of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.  - Experience with researching, creating and analysing business plans.  - Knowledge of financial, tax, legal and secretarial compliance.  Job Specific Knowledge & Experience:  - Previous experience in private equity/venture capital preferred.  - Exceptional analytical, presentation, written and oral communications skills.  - Excellent spreadsheet modeling skills.  - Ability to work with cross-border teams.  - Ability to work with minimal organisational support and having entrepreneurial mindset.
