Position : Finance Head  Reporting : To Managing Director  Job Profile :  - Preparation of Project report for term loan.  - Coordinating with lenders for obtaining Sanction and completing the formalities post sanction availing disbursement of TL Limits.  - Co-ordination with Project team for compiling data and status of project.  - Documentation and comply with legal formalities with respect to sanctions & disbursement of funds  - Requirement : MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant having sound understanding of accounts and finance. The person should also have leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, communication skills and good at team work.
