They have received investments from Private equity and are looking to hire their finance head based out of Pune.  Job Description :   Reporting to the Investor Company's CFO and solid line to the MD, you will be managing a team of 5+ members and will be responsible for :   - Overseeing the entire finance function including managing accounts, tax, audit and statutory compliances.   - Responsible for the management of the monthly close process for all project companies to strict deadlines, this will include distribution of monthly management packs with detailed commentary.   - Optimize cash flow management and monitor divestment of funds closely   - Build strong financial controls in place and streamline the operations for smooth day to day functioning   - Partnering with the MD on areas like FP&A and providing key inputs to propel the company's growth  The Successful Applicant :   - Ideally you are a CA with 8-12 years of experience preferably in Infra/Energy/Construction/Power sector.
