Finance Controller - US GAAP - CA - BFSI/BPO/KPO/IT

Role : Finance Controller

Reports to : CFO

Qualification : Chartered Accountant

Experience : 10 + years (post qualification)

US GAAP experience is mandatory

Key responsibilities :

- Controlling Cash Flow/ Monthly P&L BS.

- Strong experience in month end closing, balance sheet, reconciliation, P&L accounting, general ledger, trial balance.

- Absorb the big picture of the company operations / annual business outlook, and guide management on critical decisions.

- Finance related MIS on a regular basis be prepared showing where the business stands.

- Budgeting and key areas to monitor.

- Be updated about Government rules and how they affect the company & business.

- Deal with Auditor & ensure compliance.

- Handle Taxation & all Tax related activities.

- Working knowledge of US GAAP is mandatory.
