Finance Controller - Real Estate Developer

About the client - MNC Real Estate Developer headquartered in Singapore

Role & Responsibilities :

Corporate Finance :

- Cash management - Critical

- Manage financial capital

- Communicate capital requirements / implications of business decisions to Management, CEO

- Ensure efficient capital expenditures and minimize taxes

Proactively manage cash flows in a leveraged environment :

- Conduct meaningful proactive analysis to improve key business decisions focusing on management of working capital

- Effectively manage Banks/Lenders, BOD and investor relationships

- Handhold audits

Risk and Compliance :

- Lead the Compliance processes for the organization including taxes, FEMA, Companies Act, RBI guidelines, etc.

- Develop and implement a risk management policy

- Establish processes for managing / finalizing customer contracts and timely/accurate billing

- Lead operational technology systems integration with financial systems efforts

Requirements :

- Big 4 experience mandatory

- Working proficiency in Mandarin would be very helpful
