About our Client: Our client is a European MNC in the manufacturing sector established over 100 years back. They have their operations in over 60 countries with 40000+ employees worldwide. They are looking for a dynamic individual as a controller for their plant operations.

Job Description:

- As Finance Controller - Plant Operations, you will be reporting into the Business Controller and handling a team of 3 people.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for ensuring transparency in costs of India manufacturing sites spread over 10 factories across the country.

- Key member of controlling team assisting Supply Chain & Operations teams to achieve operational excellence.

- Support operations by developing key metrics to control cost and improve productivity.

- Actively identify areas of risk and pro-actively work with various departments to close these gaps and safeguard company operations and assets

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a chartered accountant or a cost accountant with 5+ years of post-qualification work experience in a manufacturing/factory setup.

- You have knowledge of working on SAP system and preferably have experience with working in a supply chain team as part of finance.

- You are a motivated individual and have excellent interpersonal skills.
