Manufacturing Finance Controller

Role

- Senior resource in charge of driving standardisation, ensuring adequate focus and direct accountability of manufacturing KPI’s

- Managing team of 150 people across 40 sites/8 locations with spend base of Rs 1500 crs.

- Manufacturing site KPI’s rests with a single person, who can take an overall view of KPI’s and activation initiatives accordingly. Central resource looking to ensure a strong, appropriate controls and compliance environment

- Streamline month end closing, looking for cost savings opportunities, STP checks and compliance, establishment of ASL for payment and other processes & C&F Form trackers

- Responsible for day to day operation of the manufacturing finance agenda.

Requirement

- 6-8 years years of experience

- CA (rank holders) / MBA from premier institute only
