Over View:  - Role would be responsible for independently managing day to day accounting, controllership, consolidation reporting in a multi Geo environment requiring Global exposure in internationally accepted accounting practices  Qualification:  Qualified C.A./ MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute/ Equivalent degree  Skills:  - Prior exposure of controllership function working in a Global environment. Should have worked in the areas of consolidation, month end closing with strict timelines, dealt with reputed auditors  - Strong in accounting concepts, Practical knowledge of GAAP, IFRS is a must  - Excellent communication skills, effective stakeholder management  - Good team management skills  Responsibilities:  - Accounting - Monitor all accounting activities like accounts payable, accounts receivables, fund management & treasury, day to day accounting, GL activities, inter-company etc. and keep the accounts up to date.   - Month end close- Manage month end close process as per agreed timelines with the board  - Stakeholder management-Independently deal with senior management relating to approvals, cash flow activities, debtors management or other accounting related activities  - Audits: Will be responsible to independently manage the statutory/internal audits with the global auditors.   - Supervision - independently managing the accounting team  - Assisting management with other Ad hoc board related reporting requirements
