Responsibilities:  - Lead the monthly/quarterly financial closing and reporting, following the requirements and provide critical analysis and actions on the performance to Business in reviews   - Lead in design and implement internal control process/policy to ensure a sound internal control environment, work with Internal Auditor to address any control deficiency including related to SOX compliance requirement.  - Work with Business Leaders and various functions for Annual Operating Plan, Long-Range Plan, Quarterly/ Monthly Forecast; Analyze monthly actual results vs Plan/Forecast and help business leaders to understand the business trend and drive business actions accordingly.  - Support key business initiatives, prepare business/financial analysis and discuss business opportunities.; support in commercial closing, agreements , monitor delegation of authority and collaborate with Legal function for compliance across Business.  - Ensure timely and efficient credit administration through credit team and manage business cash flow and related activities.  - Work with External Auditors for statutory reporting including relevant requirement of public company and its audit/ tax compliance.  - Ensure plant accounting and its timely financial closing, cost management and statutory reporting as per local law requirement.   Qualification and Experience:  - Qualified CA with at least 10 years of finance or business related experience focusing on finance reporting, control environment and processes and business partnering.  Interested candidates can forward their updated resumes and can call at 07838090992 for any further clarifications.
