Job Title: Finance Controller

Location: Gurgaon

Company has been started by alumnus of IIT, IIM, Harvard, Stanford, McKinsey. We are a dynamic, fun and fast growing company and are always looking for driven people to join us. We are currently based out of Gurgaon with operations in 12 other cities currently and growing rapidly.

Who are we looking for:

- A go-getter! Someone who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen

- Clear communication (in English, Hindi) and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

- A positive attitude to constantly learn on the job and openness to new ideas

Basic Minimum Requirement:

- Chartered Accountant, amongst the top rankers

- Prior work experience of atleast 5-15 years.

- Preferably from operations / manufacturing industry

Your Role & Responsibilities:

- Accounting & Book Keeping

- Financial MIS

Monitoring key financial metrics:

- Putting financial systems and procedures in place as the business scales up

- Budgeting, financial planning, working capital forecasting

- Overseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issues

- Strong understanding of TDS/Service Tax Compliances (including returns)

- Ensuring Regular Audits

Most importantly you will be reporting directly to the founders, be a part of investor meetings and communication, and will be contributing to decisions regarding financial strategy of our company.
