FRV is launching their business in India and are looking for individuals who can handle various functions in the organization.

Job Description - The job will entail:

- Establish the finance function for the organization in India

- Migrate / Translate international processes and controls for the organization to India

- Take care of the entire finance function from not only an operational point of view but also from a strategic point of view

- Take care of the overall accounting, taxation (direct as well as indirect - including transfer pricing), budgeting, reporting, financial planning & analysis function for the organization

- Take care of all payroll processes

- Negotiate with vendors to take care of entire office space

- Further the growth of the organization in the country

The Successful Candidate: The successful applicant will be:

- A qualified Chartered accountant with 7-14 years of full time post qualification experience

- Experience in the same (solar energy) or related industries (renewable energy - wind, hydro etc. and EPC / Infrastructure) is a must

- Experience in setting up processes, functions and controls will be of added advantage

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- A highly motivated, hardworking professional is an absolute must for the role

- Extremely high levels of integrity, ability to operate with absolute transparency and ethics are of absolute essence

- Excellent understanding of ERP
