Responsibilities Include:  - Financial Statement analysis focusing on Revenue & Expense analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting, Accounting for domestic finance  - Responsible for Financial Planning for the commercial business across multiple locations and geographies.  - Hands on experience in Bid management, Pricing, Deal structuring, Commercial deal.(mandate)  - Strong experience on Mergers and Acquisitions  - Interface with business leaders and build relationships in support of financial planning and performance measurement including reporting and analysis  - Partner with business leaders to evaluate investment opportunities to maximize resources and create efficiencies  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in conjunction with budgeting and forecasting process  Build in-house Domain / Process / Product expertise related to Financial Reporting   Skills required:  - Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA from a premier B-school  - Strong interpersonal & stakeholder management skills  - Healthcare & technology background preferred
