FMR India collaborates with its parent organization in strengthening Fidelity's endeavors to enable clients in achieving lifelong financial independence and peace of mind.  BU Overview  The DC Implementation, an important arm of DC - Operations, is primarily responsible for on-boarding of clients onto Fidelity platform and on-going maintenance of DC plans. The team offers variety of services to its clients through re/configuration of plans, quality assurance, contract amendment, asset movement and liquidation etc. Few roles client consultation to plan sponsors/advisors or designated plan administrators in helping them move data/liquidate assets by being a part of the global team model.  Role Description  The lead business analyst is responsible for overall transition from the point of sale to handoff to ongoing service teams for new clients and existing clients. This role prioritizes workload of others based on urgency, risk, importance, and client expectations.  Key Responsibilities  - Manages multiple, projects and project steps for new and existing clients; oversees these projects as they progress through internal processes to ensure completion and accuracy for clients. This includes the completion of specific outputs for the client from participant notices to forms for set-up. Additionally sending information to internal partners in order for them to complete their tasks  - Organizes the activities of a team assigned to the project through specific sections of an Implementation timeframe  - Responsible for overall transition from the point of sale to handoff to ongoing service teams for new clients and or responsible for servicing existing clients  - Prioritizes workload of others based on urgency, risk, importance, and client expectations.  - Provides SME (Subject Matter Expertise) and is accountable for the timely delivery of high impact project milestones in order to create a seamless and successful transition to the ongoing support teams  - Assists with prioritizing workload of others based on urgency, risk, importance, and client expectations  Education and Experience  - Bachelors - Degree - B.Sc., B.Com.  - Experience of 8 + years in non-voice/voice BPO operations  Key skills  - Superior client facing skills which include listening, communication, collaboration, adapting, and properly assessing client needs  - Highly proficient organization skills to ensure the tracking, detailed documentation, and completion of complex project steps  - Leadership skills to manage the activities of a team assigned to each project which includes driving execution, collaboration, problem solving, and proper escalation  - Solid expertise and proficiency in 401K plan configuration  Additional Skills/Knowledge  - RPF1 & RPF2 certified is a plus  - Good knowledge of MS Office applications  - Working knowledge of systems equivalent to WPDT, XTRAC, FPRS, AAROW,Salesforce, PSW etc.  Behavioural attributes  - Strong analytical skills  - Good judgment and decision making skills  - Strong project management skills  - Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills  - Extensive knowledge of product specific issues  - Broad knowledge of client services and business functions, with some areas of expertise  - Ability to work with across various levels of the organization  - Ability to organize and manage effective meetings  - Experience with analysis and project life cycle methodologies  - Strong time management and prioritization skills.  - Willing to work in shifts (Night shifts)
