India GDC Leader (Solution Integration - Sr Director)  The Bangalore-based Global Delivery Center (GDC) is responsible for providing professional services to support FICO's product portfolio globally. Consisting of multiple practice areas, GDC India is a leader in providing highly skilled resources utilizing best practice methodologies to delivery successful engagements as measured by profitability and client satisfaction metrics. As such, it partners closely with adjacent functional groups including Sales, Product Management, Product Development, Product Support, and PS Operations.  Business Unit Objectives:  - Manage resources and capacity to targeted profitability and customer satisfaction goals.  - Achieve regional GDC utilization goals designed to provide the right mix of skills at the right time while achieving margin goals.  - Effectively collaborate with strategic partners to ensure - peak- resource needs are met.   - Common project methodology - 90% compliance on statistics issued by PMO.   - Innovation -15% of booking attributable to Services Initiated Revenue (SIR).   Responsibilities  This senior leadership role must consistently provide effective, progressive, innovative, collaborative leadership, including but not limited to the following:  Revenue  - Maximize realization of bookings to revenue;  - Effectively support Sales in generating new and incremental revenue;  - Consistently achieving revenue goals and while forecasting future needs;  - Maximize SIR (Service Initiated Revenue) attainment;   Margin  - Manage costs to optimize profitability for the unit and for FICO, including but not limited to:  a) Direct labour costs;  b) Direct vendor expense; software, hardware, data provider, etc.;  c) Contract labour expense;  d) FICO PTO/CIO/IT expense direct allocation costs;  e) Borrowed labour costs.  - Leverage FICO ecosystem opportunities to optimize margin (Partners, etc.)  - Effectively raise and manage risks - which can impact costs and margins.  Resource Management  - Drive high levels of workforce engagement through effective management.  - Manage demand forecast and capacity planning process;  - Recruit, hire and on-board talent to meet capacity plans;  - Manage utilization, including billable utilization;  - Plan and manage borrowed and Partner resources;  Client Satisfaction  - Partner with Sales to set and manage client expectations;  - Assure quality delivery that meets FICO commitments and client expectations;  - Identify and address quality enablement gaps across the value delivery chain;  - Visit clients and solicit feedback; quarterly service SLA reviews, planning sessions, etc.  Skills & Experience  - Possesses strong business, offshore, delivery leadership experience (5+ years) and demonstrate exposure to credit industry (credit risk function, collections, recoveries or similar) and / or consumer banking (credit cards, current accounts, mortgages, loans).   - Worked in a delivery management / leadership role within a financial / services delivery organization on extremely complex software implementation projects related to consumer banking or financial services (e.g. applications systems, account management, behaviour scoring, collections and recoveries, etc.). Candidates with strong business skills only will be considered so long as they can demonstrate exposure to working within the parameters of medium or large projects. International experience in applying these skills would be advantageous.  - Highly effective people management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing a global technical professional services organization.   - Highly developed written and oral business communication skills.  - Strong negotiation and influencing skills.  - Good understanding of project management techniques.  - Strong results orientation.  - Demonstrable experience of successful resource planning and deployment.  - Educated to degree standard, ideally in a discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science or Information Management.
