Job description :

- Qualified candidates are being considered for openings within the Professional Services group at FICO, Bangalore. These candidates will possess a strong background in Retail Banking/Financial Services space.

- The candidate is expected to handle large-scale consulting projects and should possess skills in the requirements gathering, running workshops, business design, functional design and integration design of applications.

- Candidates must be available for travel (30% or more) and posses the REQUIRED SKILLS below to be considered.

- The position will be based in the FICO office located in Bangalore, India.

Position description : Solution Integration Consultant II

Role/responsibilities :

- Serve as the single point of contact between the customer and the Dev/QA team

- Engage with key stake holders to analyze Business requirements and Use Cases to transform these into Business design, Functional specifications, workflow design and configurations

- Conduct workshops (face to face or over the phone) for consulting and issue resolution with client

- Follow up and escalate gaps, issues and enhancements identified throughout the project

- Display high level of knowledge and consistent service in all interactions with client

- Work independently or in a team to create custom software solutions using various FICO products.

- Support client activities throughout the implementation of project life cycle including testing phases

- Support test strategy / planning of the end to end solution

- Lead weekly status meetings with the customer

- Create implementation documentation and provide implementation related assistance with other team members as needed

Experience Requirements :

6-8 Year experience in the following :

- Overall 6+ years of IT industry experience including business analysis, writing functional specifications and designing workflows

- Min. 5 year experience in Banking and Financial domain

- Min. 3 year experience in Collections & Recovery domain i.e. experience in debt management software implementation

- Min. 3 year experience in customer facing role

- Min. 2 year experience in conducting requirements gathering workshops

- Experience in relational database and in writing SQLs

- Hands-on experience in running Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) projects

- Process knowledge e.g. managing and tracking requirements, design, etc.

- Excellent communication skills
