Fever 104 - Manager - Client Solutions

Fever 104 is the Music and Entertainment arm of HT Media Ltd. The Client Solutions team works along with the sales team to enhance reveues for Fever from clients. It requires a very good understanding of brands across industries and creation of solutions tailor made for the brands to achieve their marketing and sales objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

The position holder :

- Will be responsible for ascertaining key drivers of success of key sectors, indepth understanding of product life cycles and pitching media solutions & as innovation / integrations to drive clients business

- Will have top line accountability for these clients, job would include high level of research on clients and brands, creating presentations, pitching independently and along with sales teams and closing deals for large integrations.

- Support to drive business development through effective high quality ideas for integration with top 20 advertisers

- Support sales strategy and innovation for mega deals on Fever across platforms (Radio & Entertainment)

- Monitor market trends on advertising spends across categories and design proactive solutions and effective campaigns for clients basis the same

- Evolve a customer centric solutions unit that focuses on creating long term relationships with clients through value creation

- Engage with creative, programming and marketing teams to provide innovative solutions

The incumbent must have a good understanding and proven experience in all aspects of sales and marketing strategies. Should have proven experience in customer and market research. Should have successfully handled brand solutions for a large variety of clients.

Should be an MBA from premium institute.
