Job Description

Job Title: Procurement Expert

Division: Realty and Social Infrastructure.

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Report to: Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:

1. To understand and review the project structure, fund flow analysis, development strategy etc., for development / infrastructure projects

2. To write RFPs for procurement of consultants.

3. To write EOIs, RFQs, RFPs for procurement of developer / implementing agencies

4. To write contract framework, based on the obligations of parties

5. To assist in all procurement related documentation

6. To assist NRDA in evaluation of EoIs, RFQs, technical and financial proposals

7. To write evaluation reports

8. To review EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, evaluation reports prepared and submitted by other consultants

9. Any other activity assigned by the Team Leader/NRDA

The Desired Candidate:

- MBA/PGDBM/PGDM (Finance)

- Over 6 years of relevant (infrastructure and real estate) experience

- Experience in bid process management.

- NRDA : Naya Raipur Development Authority.
