Job Title : Deputy Manager- Advisory (Highways)  Job Objective : To assist consultants in assignment execution.  Functional Responsibilities :  - Understand the project requirement and do research and analysis for the project.  - Collect data from primary and secondary sources. Interact with site officials and industry experts and agencies for data collection.  - Do background research and prepare approach methodologies and processes for the project.  - Do the technical and financial analysis of the data and prepare the first draft of the suggestions /recommendations /report and presentation.  - Engage with senior experts in the organization for their inputs on aspects of financial modelling and technical assessment to improve the solution and output.  - Seek feedback of Sr. Manager Advisory and AGM advisory on the first draft and submit the final output to the client.  - Submit report /presentation to client on achievement of each milestone and give any clarifications when required.  - Support business development BD proposal preparation.   - Engage in internal research for capability building of advisory team. Suggest improvements in existing processes and approach methodologies. Test suggested methodologies to evaluate their feasibility and contribute in their implementation if found feasible.  - Participate in team discussions and give inputs and suggestions for project execution and business development.   - Coordinate with other associates and give support on the project to ensure timely completion of the project as per the desired quality.  Key Competencies :  Functional Competencies :  Domain Expertise :  - This refers to an in-depth understanding of the business and proficiency in the technical and financial aspects.
