It delivers to ~8000 pin codes pan India and has sourcing & distribution centers in Gurgaon, Surat, Mumbai & Bengaluru.  Role: Head of IT/ CTO  Job Location: Gurgaon (For PAN India level)  Job Responsibilities:  - Ensure smooth closure of all stages in product lifecycle (new launches such as mobile app and upgraded version of website, and existing website): Strategize, Conceptualize, Initiate, Architectural setup, Development, UATs and feedback implementation, Monitor Performance and Improvise consistently;  - Create short-term strategies for improvisations within the system/ create alternative systems for achievement of long term objectives;  - Ensure seamless integration within all ERP applications/ systems across the organization for 100% timely and accurate flow of information to customers (internal and external);  - Ensure adherence to budget for department at all times with forecasted and unforeseen launches, enterprise solutions, infrastructural requirements (current v/s new), process improvisations;  - Lead engineering, product development, website architecture & management, product delivery management for all onsite & remote projects, to have 99.99% user and customer satisfaction (external & internal customers);  - Ensure page load time is kept minimal (no compromise on webshop quality and events) with average daily traffic being similar and plan for contingencies (no site down-time) in the event of higher than usual traffic;  - Ensure development, management and execution of an enterprise-wide information security plan to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's data, website and servers;  - Identify and maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, software development best practices and social behaviour that may impede the success of the business;  - Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization;  Key Technologies used: Java, MySql, NoSql (Cassandra and Mongo, Database management), ERP(Navision/ AX), Mobile Development(Android/ IOS)  This role will report to the CEO.
