Role Overview

As Fashalot is poise to grow multifolds its eminent for it to build a high quality brand recall. The intended role of this profile would be to facilitate building of brand and ensuring that every Indian choose Fashalot to plan and facilitate their shopping. Creating multichannel approach facilitating in new acquisitions and repeat consumption. The role would also involve creating innovative PR programs, college ambassador programs, and strategic alliances.

Prerequisites & Responsibilities

- Build and manage the brand marketing function

- Strategist, develop and execute multichannel brand marketing and promotional programs that support brand ethos

- Create offline acquisition channels like with retail stores, markets and malls, colleges and more

- Strategic alliances with contextual businesses like travel, hotels, restaurants

- Activate and manage a robust fashion PR program with fashion influences

- Act as an authority and promoter of the Brand, ensuring consistent brand expression through all consumer and cultural touch points, both external and internal.

- Develop and direct measurable multi -channel, cross -channel, channel -specific, product. marketing, brand marketing, PR, digital marketing, mobile marketing

Candidate skill sets

- MBA from a premium institute

- 3+ Years of Brand Marketing experience

- Awesome analytical approach for building and executing marketing strategies for a robust brand recall

- Ability to grasp technical and business problems and be able to quickly formulate ideas with incomplete information

- Highly effective negotiation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Well versed with Mobile Apps, Offline and Digital marketing planning and execution

- Start-up zeal, and high ability to roll up the sleeves and execute

- Consultative Skills - identity, develop and articulate a value proposition
