About the role
The company today works with marquee brands in India and has over 5,000+ retail stores. As Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for driving the retail store acquisitions in the fashion industry (Apparels, Footwear, and Accessories). The retailers are large format stores with one or more stores around the country. Choosing the right partner, passionate about sales, highly smart negotiation skills, awesome understanding of Mobile Apps and retailer's pain point are the key traits we are looking for in the desired leader. Handling not only the sales but post relationships with the partners, handing the cataloguing team can also be part of the responsibilities, if the desired candidate is capable of taking over a bigger role in the venture.
Prerequisites & Responsibilities:
Key responsibility of partnering and on-boarding the fashion retailer brands in the city
Takes a leading role in identifying and qualifying opportunities for selling Fashalot Product to retailers
Cultivates relationship with existing customer to ensure retention as well as explore possibility of additional business.
Acts as point of contact for the client, attends to customer issues promptly. Coordinates internally for effective service delivery to customers.
Ensures collections are made as per agreement

3) Start-up zeal, and high ability to roll up the sleeves and execute
4) Consultative Skills - identity, develop and articulate a value proposition
