We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Executor that thrives in a quick salescycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closingsales.
Responsibilities :
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Understanding of Client Landscape, Client Organization, Pain points etc.
- Use an appropriate elevator pitch to enter an account and identify the right contact in every account.
- Speedily go through gate keepers via relationship building skills, get a buy-in from multiple decision makers for an audience within a sales representative.
- Ask the right questions on outsourcing landscape, uncover any immediate or upcoming business opportunities.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain and expand database of prospects within the assigned territory.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
Must have :
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Proven inside sales experience with Analytics or IT Services Sales and should have experience in US market.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Track record of over-achieving targets
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar
