Factory HR Head - Manufacturing - XLRI/SCMHRD/SIBM/TISS/XISS/MDI

The incumbent will be overall responsible for HR, Training & Development, Recruitment, Industrial Relations and Compliances.

The incumbent should be Post Graduate in HR from premiere institute like XLRI / SCMHRD / SIBM / TISS / XISS / MDI etc with at least 6 yrs - 10 yrs of post MBA experience in HR and IR in Mid size / Large size manufacturing Company.
