Factory Head - Mfg Operations - Automotive

Responsibilities:

- Drives creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Change/Six Sigma initiatives to enable their Functional Areas for all the Wholesale FCs.

- Sets / clarifies requirements and expectations for all the Wholesale FC Site leaders.

- Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds FC Site manager accountable for their performance and the performance of their FC.

- Leverages the Managers by sourcing and nurturing ideas, and rolling them into the creation of improvement plans for the functional area.

- Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives to enable functional areas to meet and exceed business plan.

- Responsible for the overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Engineering Graduate with 15 plus years with strong experience in Manufacturing Operations from an automobile industry.

- Strong Exposure to World Class Manufacturing Systems like Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, TQM & Kanban.
