Job Purpose: 	 - Responsible for accounting and Finance function, Overall responsibility of budgets, accounting hygiene, statutory compliance, monthly closures including variance analysis, MIS, Capex accounting, SOX compliance, Cost optimization with tools like six sigma etc. 	 Major Accountabilities:  - Internal controls, Cost controls, Handling commercial activities with Financial accounting, Budgeting, MIS, and analysis of Plant variances  - Strategic cost management, cost forecasting & reporting, delivery of annual cost targets and savings projects, budget management  - Stabilizing entire Accounts function, taxation function and leading to run smooth functioning of all factory function.  - Responsible for all Plant Accounts, Internal Control, Cost control, Taxation(Excise), Commercial activities (Purchase, Stores and Warehouse), Product profitability analysis, Yield analysis, coordination of Statutory and Internal Audit etc.  - Reporting & Preparation of Monthly MIS  - Material Costing & Analysis   - Financial Planning & Budgetary Control  - Identifying & Reporting any likely Business Risks   - Compliances & Internal Controls  - Strategic Planning & Implementation   MBA (Top B School) / CA with 2-4 years of experience required for one of the Pharma client.
