Facility Manager/Property Manager - Technical

The position for a leading IT client in Nagpur.

Position Title: Facility Manager or Property Manager (Can be Sr. Manager as well)

Location: Nagpur

- Overall responsible for O&M activities in Respective Facilities/Business Park.

- In charge for overall facilities which includes UPS, HT LT panels, DG’s, HVAC, AV, Fire protection systems, Data centers, Servers, Hub rooms etc.

- Effective implementation/following of various policies and procedures like FM Global, EHS, Work Permit systems, Project handling, LOTO procedures etc.

- Maintaining the records for various audits.

- Handling statutory requirements related to KSPCB (Electrical Inspectorate etc).

- As per the schedule completing PPM activities on all M&E Equipment’s without single deviations.

- Effectively managing Man power, consumables and assuring minimum stock at all the sites.

- Managing the additional jobs with adequate margins which profit the company.

- Managing the sites with minimum monthly consumables consumption.

- Effectively involving in energy conservation initiatives and Implementation of the same

- Conducting effective training on various subjects technical and EMS related

- Preparing SOP’s, doing Risk assessment for all activities, History cards and different check lists.

Candidate Requirement:

- Diploma/ Degree in electrical or electronics.

- 5-8 years of facilities management.

- Good communication skills.

- Experience with IPCs and handling big IT clients
