And help manage investor relations when applicable.  Conduct and analyze market research to determine risk and marketability of Fabogo and it's updated features.   Determine market needs and generate product requirements and definition for development.   Ensure effectiveness of the marketing department and implement improvements, including team management, and the timely and effective execution of the marketing tactics and budgeting.  Work with digital media buying team to create the media, prepare the deliverables and execute high ROI oriented campaigns. Follow-up and measure the advertising campaign using offline and online methods.  Employ optimal strategy for organic growth and ensure a lean campaign structure to facilitate maximum traction through organic media.  Drive customer engagement campaigns to improve customer loyalty through customer life cycle studies.  Participate in creating strategic partnerships, alliances and PRs, that ensures Fabogo is highly visible and to ensure the proper amount and type of coverage to raise awareness, win reviews and ensure consistent corporate and product branding and image.  Work with the design team to ensure a consistent look and feel among all collateral materials including both online and offline designs, and all other corporate imaging.  What you need:  3+ years of relevant experience, and strong conceptual thought-process with an eye for detail.  Extensive knowledge of digital marketing (web & mobile), SEO and media communications, pricing models, consumer behavior analysis, channels of distribution, budgeting,, advertising, statistics and analysis, product marketing, product management, team management, presentation, sales and strong training skills during high growth stages.  A solid understanding of designing for functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation.  Proven ability to deliver exceptional campaigns at high volumes under tight timelines.
