Ezetap - Manager - Operations - Merchant Acquiring

Your Roles and Responsibilities :

- Merchant Acquiring operations for EDC, MPOS payment terminals

- Merchant Evaluation Onboarding and Documentation

- Terminal initialization and deployment

- Managing field services for Merchant Acquiring Business

- Charge back and Dispute management

- Involve in chargeback handling by discussing with merchant, bank and payment networks.

- Managing Day to Day process adhering to regulations/guidelines

- Merchant Payments pre-settlement and post-settlement process and Settlements with Card Associations.

Here is what we need you to have :

- 5+ years of work experience

- Experience in Merchant Acquiring Banks Operations Department or Service Providers.

- Reporting and analytics experience, using Excel

- Experience in Merchant Evaluation and Onboarding.

- Knowledge on Merchant Life Cycle Management

- Deep knowledge of Journal/Vouchers and other reports shared with Banks.

- Working Knowledge about various tools used (pre-edit tool, edit plus tool- )

- Ability to build team / train team on regulations/guidelines
