Ezeeli - Chief Technology Officer/Techology Head

Looking for a CTO/Tech Head for Hyper local logistics venture

NOTE:Ezeeli is a boot-strapped venture, planning to raise funds soon. We are looking forward to on-boarding of entrepreneurs who are aware of the constraints of an early-stage start-up and the promising value-unlocking it offers by associating at early-stages. The co-founders/core-team members will be compensated with ESOps/Sweat Equity and the cash component will come in play only after the funds are raised. Ezeeli also offer a unique preposition of buying cash equity.

We, at Techlixr e-Ventures Pvt Ltd, are looking to hire a dynamic & passionate entrepreneur to lead the Technology vertical for our venture in hyperlocal B2B & B2B2C logistics space.

We are a team of seasoned management professionals with extensive start up & investing experience. Some of our notable achievements include building businesses & setting up operations in automotive, real estate, media & entertainment & healthcare sectors. We also have prior experience of working in leading corporates in leadership roles. Besides, we have met our academic prosperity from top European Ivy league schools.

We, in 2015, came together to set up a startup eco-system to solve the real problems faced by enterprise/SMEs, small businesses, startups and consumers & bring disruption in one of the most key contributing sector to Indian GDP - Logistics.

Our hyper local logistics venture, Ezeeli (www.ezeeli.com), is an end to end hyperlocal (last mile deliveries & first mile pick ups) aggregator driven by cutting edge technology and process optimization tools to revolutionize B2B logistics. We use a seamless geo-location based tech platform to connect local enterprise/sellers and specialized delivery channels to serve their end customers.

We have already established product market fit for Ezeeli with accelerated number of transactions. The business is already in operation in the city of Jaipur & clocking up revenues. We will be expanding our footprints in couple of other cities in next 6 months.

About CTO/Tech Lead role!

We are looking for start up enthusiast who is passionate about building scalable tech products that can bring productive changes to lives of consumers. He should be one who can visualize a big picture & bring efficient & ground breaking solutions to complex problems. Apart from below enumerated technology skill set & coding expertise which are prerequisite, risk taking ability, mobility, alignment on the vision & cultural code & financial flexibility are must haves for this role.

What we are looking for!

An entrepreneurial soul wandering in search of tech nirvana ready to join the rest of the souls in Jaipur (pilot city) for initial months.

A die-hard coder at heart with extensive hands-on experience in creating programs.

A hard core programmer who is OS and programming language independent.

A full stack developer who handles back to back technology (hosting, DNS, Load Balancing, Security, Language, Storage, Notifications, Monitoring etc.), apart from strategically and technologically guiding the team.

A leader who builds, nurtures and leads tech team collaborating with freelancers, interns & part-time resources in an informal setup.

A guy with prior startup experience (eCommerce/ Web 2.0 domain experience highly desirable) who can deal with limited resources and uncertain environment.

Tech expertise in Open Source/ PHP, datase/ My SQL, Java, C, C++ JS, HTML, CSS, Cloud Platform, Integration, Big Data, version control systems - such as Git and Bit-Bucket, MVC, server, PHP frameworks, Android and IOS.

Ability to handle implementation of a robust set of services and APIs to power the integrated web platform and mobile each other . file applications alongwith building reusable code and libraries, optimizing applications, tackling security issues and translating UI/UX wireframes to visual elements.

Experience working with distributed databases. Understanding of various distributed consensus methodologies

Understanding of cryptography, including asymmetric (pub/priv key), symmetric, hash functions, encryption/signatures would be a plus.

Hands-on experience in using any of the following (or similar) languages: Java, Golang, Rust, Scala, Haskell, Erlang, Python, C, C++, C# would be a plus.

Hands-on experience in working on Open source technologies and learn new languages like Solidity.

Ability to integrate supply-chain management, logistics, operations management, finance, analytics and big data.

A Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or has equivalent work experience) from IITs/NITs/BITS/premier tech schools preferred but not mandatory. Self-learners with proven track record of developing/creating robust software products/systems are also welcome.
