We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to lead and manage Quantitative Services of the tax practice area and to deliver quality tax services that will increase firm's reputation and bringing in new clients. You will serve as business advisor to our clients aiming at maximizing engagement and achieving qualitative outcomes.  - Pitching products and/or services to prospective clients  - Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise.  - Demonstrate knowledge of client business  - Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives  - Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations  - Proactively seek opportunities to provide Quantitative Services challenging traditional procedures used in the past and attempting to find new approaches  - Build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments and technical authorities and apply them to complex situations  - Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices  - Comprehensive technical skills in creating and analyzing complex computation and reporting solutions, with the ability to clearly articulate findings to clients in both verbal and written formats.  - Demonstrate professionalism through a positive and cooperative attitude and by maintaining the confidential and proprietary nature of client relationships and related work products  - Contribute to the overall success of the team by developing a thorough understanding of EY methodologies and tools to enhance service delivery  Skills required:  - Familiar with end to end data analytics services, preferably in the field of any country's tax  - Excellent managerial, organizational, project management and verbal/written communication skills  - The ability to work well in a team environment and be comfortable supervising teams of EY personnel and client personnel  - Proficiency with MS Excel, VBA, SQL, MS Access, data mining and visualization tools like Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI etc.)
