Skills :   - Should have enough knowledge to design, deploy, administer and support SAP Solution Manager systems and the respective functionalities like SAP EWA ( early watch Alert ), CHARM ( Change Request management ) and maaintenance optimizer, Service Desk ( Incident Management) and SAP Solution   - Monitoring functionalities in a SAP solution landscape having at least in SAP components in SAP ABAP well as SAP JAVA.  - Managed successfully Solution manager projects to deliver SAP and Industry Best Practices to achieve operation excellence with SAP Solution manager.  - Would have lead Centre of Excellence in Areas of SAP Solution Manager skills.  - Provide tactical and strategic support on all SAP Basis and SAP Solution Manager areas client presentation.  - Manage Solution manager projects and manage resources as per the project plan with time line and report all the activities related to execution of installations, upgrades & refresher related activities with on-going support/maintenance in Solution Manager, related support patch application and execution of same in a timely fashion.  - Own an SAP Solution Manager Manage transports ( manual or automatic via CHARM ) between various systems, import Plans for various cycles involving multi-tier landscapes such as N and N+1  - Generate weekly transport reports during release cycles  - Integrating SAP Solution Manager with other system and tools ( like HP-QC/HP-ALM) and resolve any interfacing errors in a timely manner  - Solid understanding of Database principles, Operating system fundamentals and networking concepts.  - Deep knowledge, skills and abilities in the integration of SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) with other SAP and non-SAP systems with SAP Solution manager.  - Proficiency in managing Transports as part of SAP Release Management via solution manager functionality like CHARM
