Senior Analyst

The Senior Analyst shall support the TAS Business Modelling team to prepare financial models for various transactions. Major responsibilities include:

Client responsibilities:

Business Valuation

Financial/market feasibility study

Preparation of Information Memorandum, valuation reports

Industry/company/market research for market assessment, company profiling and industry landscaping in order to identify target companies/sector

Experience:

Thorough understanding of corporate finance, capital budgeting, mergers and acquisitions

Strong analytical skills, Number crunching abilities

Knowledge of Accounting standards (Indian/IFRS)

Advanced MS Excel Skills

Good understanding of capital markets is preferred

Exposure to International Financial Reporting Standards

VBA for MS Excel

Exposure in quantitative analysis

Qualifications:

- B.Com Graduate with preferred Post Graduation in CFA/MBA/MS in Finance/CWA

- Strong Excel Knowledge with preferred experience in Macros

- Strong analytical skills, Number crunching abilities

- VBA for MS Excel

- Exposure to quantitative analysis
