Job Description :  - Good exposure to financial services domain and a sound understanding of KPI's in the financial services industry  - Deep understanding of financial services and tax perspectives  - Research and analysis including working capital analysis, liquidity analysis, financial analysis and tax research  - Experience of working in financial service industry  - Knowledge of different industry sectors and their operational and financial challenges  - Experience of working in consulting or investment banking environment will be preferred  - Understanding of research methodologies including quantitative and qualitative methods and models  - Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines  - Must be able to analyse and prioritize assignments  - Process compliance/timely reporting of facts & figures  Skills required :  - 2-5 years experience in research related activities  - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written  - Should have presentation & business writing skills as well as good excel knowledge  - Good understanding of the different sectors, transactions, lead advisory, concepts and able to interpret/analyse from documents and journals  - Analytical tools, representations and critical thinking skills  - Knowledge of standard reference/information sources such as Onesource. Factiva, Thomsonone.com, MergerMarket, Lexisnexis, Capital IQ etc. will be preferred   - Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel, Word)
