Responsibilities :   As a Cloud and Infrastructure Manager, the candidate will be responsible for building CoEs, solutions on Platform and services to new as well as existing clients of EY.   The responsibility includes :  - Provide technical leadership to the team   - Manage staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.  - Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time  - Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy  - Preserve assets, information security and control structures  - Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness  - Gather requirements /future needs from clients  - Provide Architectural and technical direction to delivery team  - Understand ITIL Service Management concepts/ processes and able to implement new solutions into the management system of the account  - Advise IT professionals (Project Managers, Architects, and IT Specialists) on tools, technology, and methodology related to the development and implementation of IT solutions  - Regularly participates in overall functional planning.   - Identifies, estimates and presents cost, schedule, and technical risks for solution elements, both in marketing and proposal efforts and in implementation planning.  - Apply domain expertise and innovative ideas to architect/design solutions, evaluate multiple options to meet client's business requirement  - Build & propose the Infrastructure Transformation Plan  - Provide recommendations based on industry, security and infrastructure best practices (e.g. virtualization, private cloud computing, automation etc.), and the standards   - Present the solution to the customer during workshops, oral sessions  - Manage & mitigate the risks associated with the proposed solution  - Build & propose the Infrastructure Transformation Plan  - Strong knowledge on Infrastructure concepts on cloud, server, storage and Networking   - Design and planning experience on various infrastructures on Server, storage will be preferred.   - Motivate the team to achieve their goals.  Experience/Qualifications/Competencies :   - At least 14+ years of experience for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related area. The candidate must be dynamic, committed, capable of being an effective individual contributor and as well as a team leader.   He / She must be able to quickly add value to our business and demonstrate skills and experience in three or more of the technologies listed below :  In-depth domain expertise in any three of the following IM streams :  - Data centre operations (design, build and operate)  - Network and Security  - Virtualization / Cloud & transformation technologies  - Desktop life cycle management & VDI  - Proven track record of having done customer facing solution defence.  - Capable to independently think, articulate and comprehend customer pain points in technology and commercial areas for providing solutions.  - Good people networking and leadership skills  - Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience  - Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems  - Certifications: ITIL, TOGAF, PMP  Good Understanding on Key technologies :  - Converged Infrastructure & SDI  - Linux, Windows  - Virtualization technologies  - Public cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS  - Software defined networking  - DevOps  Personal Attributes :   - Candidates must have the following as a mandatory requirement  - A proactive work ethic for all aspects of customer services  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Good planning, commitment and time-keeping skills  - Capable of delivering support services in a pressurized environment  - Ability to take ownership of issues and manage through to resolution  - Should be able to work closely with different project teams to understand the requirements and should be able to drive build development relatively independently.  - Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement solutions and able to handle multiple priorities.  - Good time management organization, inter-personal skills.  - Strong problem solving skills  Experience/Qualifications/Competencies :   - Atleast 5+ years of experience for a candidate with a BE/BTech in Computer Science, or related area.
