Job Requirements:  - 6-8 years of experience in CPG sector OR business/technical consulting. Progressive experience between industry and consulting preferred.  - Demonstrate in-depth understanding of the CPG sector; provide thought leadership internally as well as to clients, including overall guidance, mentoring and supervision to the team  - Good analytical, risk and people management skills  - Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English  - Proficient in client expectation management  - Exposure to working with international clients will be advantageous  - Knowledge to develop high quality technical and strategic presentations and documentations  Job Responsibilities:   Ideation & thought leadership in CPG sector:  - Provide industry research support to identity actionable ideas from the market  - Provide information on latest topics/ trends/mega trends relevant for various markets/geography  - Work with clients to enrich their ideas with relevant macro/micro/industry/sector information  - Provides Point of view, solution, data or input for an area or module in deck making, proposal or project where problem and scope of work is defined. Big picture and storyline of the larger engagement is shared  Lead innovation projects in CPG sector:  - Lead high impact innovation programmes in cross functional teams (CFTs) across businesses in achieving business level strategic objectives.  - Develop breakthrough value propositions in terms of products, services and business models for various businesses within the group and take them to market through a process of business planning and prototyping.  - Creation of an internal and external ecosystem to support innovation i.e. experts, academicians and workshops, advanced labs etc. Play the role of process and content expert with project teams  - Project Management for the innovation programs including implementation. Have end -to -end ownership in the project from ideation to implementation  Domain Development:  - Domain Development: Develop assets and methodologies, develop of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, conduct public speaking and publish in industry periodicals  - Collaborate with senior management in development and enhancement of knowledge nuggets and thought pieces, methodologies & frameworks, and capability decks
