We are looking for an incumbent, who will be a part of the Corporate HR team and will be responsible for Planning, executing and driving various initiatives.  Responsibilities -   - Planning and Driving Diversity & Inclusiveness initiatives. The same involves studying current Gender ratios and Leadership pipe  - Executing CSR initiatives within the organization in collaboration with the various NGO's. Some of the initiatives are Teach for India, Clothes Donation Drive  - Participating in the strategic HR projects that are initiated by EMEIA  - Planning and executing various Campus Connect events  Essentials -   - Excellent Communication skills  - Ability to analyse and conceptualise  - Local candidate from a Tier 1 or a Tier 2 B-school  We would not like to consider candidates from a Recruitment background.
