The team works closely with EY's GDS leaders to develop relevant, integrated communications that deepen our people's understanding of the role GDS plays to increase revenue, improve margin and reduce indirect costs. The team member will support the Advisory Communications and take a lead on project management and timely deliverables aligned with the key strategic objectives, while developing innovative and engaging communications messaging and deliverables. The role will work closely with the GDS Advisory BMC leader and Advisory Business Leaders.  - Partner with BMC Service Line Leader to drive the Brand Marketing and Communication strategy for GDS Advisory  - Co-ordinate and project manage the delivery of org-wide internal communications and campaigns across the service line  - Work with the business to understand the requirements and develop internal and external marketing collaterals (includes content writing) accordingly. Also, plan and disseminate business communications through various communications channels within and outside the organization  - Conceptualize communication strategies and plans for various marketing requirements, internal and external (Within EY, external to Global Delivery Services) campaigns, events, videos etc.  - Liaison with external agencies ( If need may Social Media, PR or Advertising agency) and internal teams to build and create, creative content  - Lead and actively participate in firm wide initiatives and best practice sharing  - Be a custodian of the EY brand, and GDS Advisory  - Conduct in-depth analysis to determine campaign effectiveness and to continuously improve marketing and communication initiatives  Success in this role will be delivering high quality communications, demonstrating a high level of organization, establishing strong working relationships with business, collaboration, ownership and team work. Success will be measured by stakeholder and manger feedback.   Essential functions of the job:  - Excellent writing skills, must be able to think and act strategically as well as tactically  - Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns for B2B / technology businesses, content marketing, public relations and / or digital media  - Results-oriented and a self-starter, with the ability to excel in a lean and rapidly-changing work team environment  - Understand EY, GDS and Service line priorities and collaborate with team members across globe to advise and deliver on the communication effectively.  - Successfully manage cross-border, cross-culture and virtual relationships with team members, account teams   - Develop and deliver communications strategies, key messages and detailed plans  - Strong stakeholder management, building relationships, ability to provide strategic counsel experience to ensure that they are kept informed and advocate the communications plan  - Ensure that communications are timely and high-quality  Job requirements:  Education  - Graduate/Post Graduate degree (or equivalent area of study or experience); professional qualification or equivalent experience in Marketing Communications, PR, Internal Communications or Corporate Communications desirable  Experience  - Broad brand, marketing and communications experience in a world-class global organization  - Proven communications experience working on major enterprise-wide communications programs, preferably within a large organization  - Experience of executing communications within major programs  - Excellent copy writing and editing skills; strong attention to detail  - Ability to develop and deliver creative, credible ideas for content  - Strong project management and organizational skills  - Ability to develop creative/impactful tactics and deliver against communications plans   - Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with senior-level stakeholders  Knowledge, competency and skill requirements:  - Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and manage time effectively  - Ability to understand deadlines and deliver effectively on time and on budget  - Have a proven capability to understand the business agenda and proactively translate this into high-quality communications that are appropriate, relevant and engaging to the audience  - Demonstrate excellent project management skills   - Execute quality deliverables across multiple media, including print, intranet, events and presentations  - Show the determination to support activities through to successful execution   - Successfully manage cross-border relationships with team members, account teams and suppliers  - Demonstrate the ability to manage changing project priorities and arrangements in tight timelines  - Be a self-starter who is able to work successfully in a virtual environment  - Work virtually, in a large global organization, across time zones and with different cross-functional teams  Supervision responsibilities: No  Other requirements: Experience in handling and working with agency will be an added advantage.  This role will be based in any GDS India (GGN and TRV) location, preferably Bangalore.  Travel will be required pending business needs.
