RPA Service Delivery Lead :  The RPA Solutions Architect takes ownership of technology related aspects of RPA implementation. This role will be accountable for recommending appropriate technology solutions and delivering architectural and technical solution designs for RPA implementation  Position Summary :   - 10+yrs of experience in a similar profile with strong service delivery background  - Identify and communicate the Technical Infrastructure requirements for RPA  - Oversee the design of technical specifications in RPA implementation  - Provide architectural control of solution designs in the RPA team  - Manages a team of RPA Technical/ Solution Architects  - Excellent computer skills - proficient in excel, word and outlook  - Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style  - Budget development and oversight experience  - Ability to work with senior level leaders and stakeholders, build relationship  - Persuasive with details and facts  - Delegate responsibilities effectively  - Ability to analyse and suggest solutions  - Strong command on verbal and written English language   Roles and Responsibilities :  - Lead Solutions Architect team for RPA in GDS  - Should be able to identify appropriate RPA technology platforms best suited for client requirements  - Should be able to create and present to stakeholders the architecture and solution proposals  - Works with Process Consultants and other RPA teams to create compelling Business Case including savings as well as implementation and run costs estimate  - Should have in depth understanding of RPA concepts and market expertise in minimum one of market leading RPA platforms: Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UI Path  - Deep understanding of technology and architecture concepts.  - Should have expertise in creating solution design documentation   - Should be able to train and build a team of technical solution architects  - Should be able to work with a multi culture global teams and team virtually  - Should be able to build strong relationship with stakeholders at all levels
