Position: Manager International Accounting  Company: Exponential Inc  Location: Noida  Exp: 4-5 Post Qualification  Education: Charted Accountant (2006-2009 Batch) Mandatory.  Responsibilities:  Manager Accounts International will play an integral role in monthly financial reporting and tax Compliances ensuring proper accounting and reporting while developing and documenting internal controls and processes to enable Tribal Fusion to meet operational, reporting and compliance requirements for International locations. In addition, the position will be a key resource supporting the Sr. Finance Manager on special international projects, the external and internal audit. Key responsibilities include:  - Independently Manage Accounting for International locations to ensure timely monthly financial reporting. Work towards process improvements to better employ human capital and achieve efficiencies.  - Maintain and generate accurate accounting records and account reconciliations for various general ledger accounts.  - Responsible for consolidation of Inter Company Accounts of multiple International locations.  - Assist in the external and internal audit of Company’s financial statements ensuring accurate reporting. Also assisting in the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules and be a primary point of contact for the auditors and International Consultants.  - Assist with internal and external financial reporting activities to ensure that accurate, timely information is available to senior management for decision-making.  - Manage Statutory Compliances relevant to the International locations of the Company and ensure all timely filings.  - Act as a catalyst in smooth transition of international accounting work to India.  - Assist Sr. Finance Manager on international projects.  - Any other task as may be assigned by Management.  Required Skills:  - Minimum 4-5 years of experience post qualification  - Hand on accounting experience which may include bank, AP, journal entries, book closing, Good excel skills  - Good communication skills  - Some management experience but that’s not a must if all above are met.  - We don’t need a Reporting or an Analysis Person  Qualifications:  - CA with 4-5 years of post qualification experience in accounting and related field. Previous exposure to accounting of international locations preferable.  - Ideal candidate will have high-tech industry experience in a US Multinational Company preferably in outsourced company, online media, advertising, Internet ecommerce or software.  - Strong understanding of International GAAP accounting and also exposure to International Computerized Accounting environment.
