Experian - Finance Business Partner - CA

Experian is looking for a Finance Business Partner, wherein you will have the overall responsibility for developing and implementing the financial strategy to ensure effective planning and implementation of business plans and objectives. This role requires effective management of accounting and reporting. You will be the voice of global Experian Finance in the country and is expected to be an advocate for all global projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, taking the lead in the following areas :

Business Partnering

- Delivery of high quality management information

- Ensuring that the business meets its KPIs (including revenue, EBIT and collections)

- Forecasting, pricing and contract reviews along with business case development and ongoing review

- Build subject matter expertise around the Experian business models and Go-To-Market strategies to assist the business in developing compelling commercial solutions for customers and partners

Financial Planning and Analysis - Budgeting & Forecast :

- Lead the annual budget process for the country and ensure that all regional/global deadlines are met

- Support/challenge the business to ensure that the budget meets regional targets whilst being achievable with risks and opportunities balanced

- Display a comprehensive knowledge of your country sales pipeline and forecast implications

- Always have a view of the current forecast for the rest of the year and a high level view of next year

Management Information, Accounting and Systems :

- Provide regular updates on business performance to the leadership team

- Devise and subsequently prepare a commentary / highlights pack reporting on Half Year End and Full Year performance

- Lead an exceptionally efficient management reporting process that fully leverages the Hyperion and Oracle systems and meets all deadlines

- Champion the SSC to build confidence and develop communication between the business teams and the SS

- Ensure all transactional and collections activity should to be done by the SSC where possible

Leadership and Management :

- Through the adoption of a top down approach, demonstrate a culture where all of our people understand their regulatory obligations, including what the fair treatment of customer's means to them and our organization.

- Support the regional/global CFO and Country Manager by leading projects and business initiatives at the regional level
