Job Location : Noida  Years of experience : 7 to 13 Years  Reports to : Senior Assistant Vice President - Internal Audit & Compliance  Job type : Permanent  Basic Function :  - Supporting the continued development and deployment of an effective Compliance framework.  - Program Management and client handling.  - Developing/imparting compliance related training and other awareness programs.  - Knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes Oxley Act) and working experience of implementation (scoping, designing and testing) critical.  Essential Functions :  - Supporting the Senior Assistant Vice President - Internal Audit & Compliance in continued development and deployment of an effective Compliance Program across all business geographies;  - Co-ordination and facilitation with various business and functional owners to ensure implementation of the compliance metrics in their respective functions;  - Co-ordination with Legal, HR and other functions for knowledge gathering and subsequent updating of compliance metrics  - Contributing to the knowledge platform of Compliance function through understanding and review of prevailing policies & procedures, contractual compliances, code of conduct and ethical practices  - Monitoring, auditing and assessing compliance obligations and planned corrective actions by management for identified weaknesses  - Developing and writing effective Compliance reports  - Conducting and facilitating various compliance related trainings and Program management and compliance tool deployment and maintenance.  - Independently managing multiple assignments - Internal Audits & Follow Up Audits. (Planning, opening, supervising execution and closure of audit including following up for management comments, preparation of executive summary)   - Managing SOX / Investigations / Fraud Risk Assessment and other Special assignments  - Meeting timelines and focusing on the quality of observations.  - Contributing to the knowledge sharing function of Internal Audit through handholding, guiding the team during the assignments and training ;  - Co-ordination and facilitation with various business and functional owners to ensure implementation of the recommendations suggested  Primary Internal Interactions :  - All operations and enabling functions.  Primary External Interactions :  - Third party vendor for compliance tool deployment.  - External trainers.  Organizational Relationships :  Reports To : Senior Assistant Vice President - Internal Audit & Compliance   Supervises : 1/2 people  Skills :  Technical Skills - Very good knowledge of MS Office tools.   - Knowledge of usage of compliance tools (desired not a pre-requisite).  Process Specific Skills :  - Very good logical reasoning and analytical skills  - Well versed with internal auditing and monitoring methodologies;  - Good understanding of Indian & International laws, Policies & procedures documentation, Code of conduct and ethical practices, compliance frameworks, etc and Good communication and writing skills.  Soft skills (Desired) :  - Should have confidence, negotiation and convincing skills  - Should be a team player with a potential to demonstrate team leadership skills and Should be assertive and result oriented professional.  Soft Skills (Minimum) :  - Should have good writing and presentation skills.  Education Requirements :  Primary : Chartered Accountant / Certified Public Accountant / Certified Internal Auditor  Secondary (Optional) : Company Secretary / LLB  Work Experience Requirements :  - 7+ years of post-qualification experience either in Internal Audit/compliance risks related assignments in a reputed consulting firm or in a corporate Internal Audit &compliance role.
